• Coaching Services: Scheduled according to mutual agreement between you and the skilled gamer.

4. Coaching Session Purchase Blocks

• Coaching sessions can be purchased in advance in blocks ranging from 1 to 10 hours.
• Additional hours beyond the purchased block will require a separate transaction and payment.
• If you initially purchase fewer hours (e.g., 1 hour) and later wish to add more time, each new block will be treated as a separate purchase and billed separately.
• All coaching session payments are one-time transactions and are not part of any subscription or recurring billing arrangement.

5. Service Execution

• Game boosting is performed only with your explicit consent and account access.
• Coaching sessions are conducted through online communication platforms as mutually agreed.

6. Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control, including server downtime, game maintenance, or network outages.

7. Customer Obligations

• Provide accurate details required for service delivery.
• Be available at the scheduled times for coaching sessions.

8. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
