Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be considered only if ABC Gaming Services LLC is unable to commence or complete the purchased boosting service due to our own fault.
Non-Refundable Services
Services that have already commenced or been completed by ABC Gaming Services LLC are generally non-refundable.
Partial Refunds
In cases where a service has partially commenced but cannot be completed by us, a partial refund proportionate to the uncompleted portion of the service may be issued.
Client-Initiated Cancellations
If a client requests to cancel a service after it has begun but before completion, a refund will be at the sole discretion of ABC Gaming Services LLC and may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Dispute Resolution
All refund requests must be submitted to support@abc.com with detailed reasons for the request.
Timeframe for Requests
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the original purchase date if the service has not yet commenced, or within 48 hours of the stated completion time if issues arose during the service.
Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and credited back to the original method of payment.
Account Suspensions/Bans
ABC Gaming Services LLC is not responsible for any account suspensions or bans that may occur on a client's game account as a result of using boosting services, and no refunds will be issued in such cases. Clients acknowledge and accept the inherent risks.
Fraudulent Claims
Any fraudulent refund claims will result in the immediate termination of services and potential legal action.
Policy Amendments
ABC Gaming Services LLC reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
