1. Refund Eligibility

• Refunds may be granted if the service has not yet commenced.
• Once the service has started, refunds will only be considered under exceptional circumstances, at our sole discretion.
• Coaching sessions cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are non-refundable.

2. Cancellation

• Cancellations made before the service begins may qualify for a full or partial refund, subject to deduction of any administrative fees.
• The following circumstances are non-refundable:
  • Services that have already been completed.
  • Failure to provide necessary account details.
  • Violation of the game publishers’ Terms of Service.

3. Refund Process

• Submit a refund request through our website or via email, including proof of purchase.
• All refund requests will be reviewed within 7 business days.
• If approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
